  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., pet grooming tools once used).
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons (e.g., changed mind or wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  1. Notify you via email.
  2. Process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?
